User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between LLC 'SPORTYFINDER' (hereinafter referred to as Sportyfinder or Administration) on one side and the user of the website on the other. The Sportyfinder website is not a mass media outlet.

By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Sportyfinder website!

  • 1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

      • Refuse registration without explanation
    • The User undertakes to:

      • Ensure the security of personal data from third-party access
      • Update personal data provided during registration if changes occur
      • Not disrupt the functionality of the website
      • Not use scripts (programs) for automated data collection and/or interaction with the Website and its Services
    • The Administration undertakes to:

  • 2. Liability of the Parties
    • The user is personally fully responsible for the information they distribute
    • The administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
    • The administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the services expected by the user and the services actually provided
    • The administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties
    • In the event of a force majeure situation (such as military actions, a state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), the administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the user or the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.
  • 3. Terms of Agreement

    This Agreement comes into effect upon any use of this website. The Agreement ceases to be valid upon the release of a new version. The administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement at its discretion. The administration is not required to notify users about changes to the Agreement.
