- Receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases stipulated by federal laws. Information is provided to the personal data subject by the Operator in an accessible form and must not contain personal data related to other subjects unless there are lawful grounds for disclosing such data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Personal Data Law.
- Request the Operator to clarify, block, or destroy their personal data if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the declared purpose of processing. Additionally, they may take measures prescribed by law to protect their rights.
- Impose a condition of prior consent for the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes related to the promotion of goods, works, or services.
- Withdraw their consent for the processing of personal data and submit a request to stop the processing of personal data.

- Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
- Processing is limited to achieving specific, predefined, and legitimate purposes. The processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of its collection is not allowed.

- Only personal data relevant to the purposes of processing are subject to processing.

- Personal data must be accurate, sufficient, and, where necessary, kept up-to-date concerning the purposes of processing. The Operator takes the necessary measures, or ensures that such measures are taken, to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Personal data is stored in a form that allows the identification of the subject of personal data for no longer than the purposes of data processing require unless a federal law or contract (in which the subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor) stipulates otherwise. Personal data that has been processed is destroyed or anonymized upon achieving the purposes of processing or if there is no longer a need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
- 6. Conditions for Processing Personal Data

- Processing is necessary to achieve purposes provided for by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or by law, or to perform the functions, powers, and obligations imposed on the Operator by Russian legislation.

- 7. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection.
- The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Personal data of the User will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except as required by applicable legislation or with the explicit consent of the personal data subject for transferring data to a third party to fulfill obligations under a civil-law contract.

- The period of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data was collected unless otherwise stipulated by a contract or applicable law. The User can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator's email address at support@sportyfinder.ru with the subject line "Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Processing."
- All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers, is stored and processed by those entities in accordance with their User Agreements and Privacy Policies. The personal data subject should familiarize themselves with these documents. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including the service providers mentioned in this clause.
- Restrictions imposed by the personal data subject on the transfer (except granting access), processing, or conditions of processing (except granting access) of personal data authorized for dissemination do not apply in cases where personal data is processed for state, public, or other public interests as defined by Russian legislation.
